1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

| Digital goods are any goods which are stored, delivered and used in its electronic format. All items in this category are non-returnable once purchased and delivered, unless it is of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose and as described by the seller.

3. How to Initiate a Return:
- Open to your Flashy Mart Account, select My Orders
- Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.
- Click on Return Items
- Fill in the Return Form. The available return options (pickup/drop-off) will be displayed in this form.
- Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
5. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
9. International Returns:
- International returns may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs charges.

Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of flashymart packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
